The Opportunity

Families in Davanagere don't buy a house from a salesperson. They buy it from someone who understands how it's built. As our Senior Civil Consultant, you'll be that person and the senior face of our Davanagere office.

You'll meet families at the branch and on their plots. You'll turn their plan and budget into a clear proposal, answer every technical question with confidence, and close the project. After signing, you'll hand it over to our design and site teams and stay the client's trusted contact. You'll work closely with the founders, and as the Davanagere branch grows, your role and earnings grow with it.

What Your Week Looks Like

Sales & Client Consultation

Handle inbound and assigned leads: calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins at the office
Meet homeowners at the branch and on their plots, and understand their plot, plan, budget and timeline
Present our packages, designs and past projects, and explain what's included and why
Follow up from enquiry to site visit to quote to signed project
Negotiate fairly, close, and hand won projects to the design and site teams
Keep every lead and conversation updated in the CRM

Technical

Read plots and drawings, and advise on plan, structure, materials and approvals
Prepare and check estimates and BOQs with the design team before quoting
Take prospects to live sites to build confidence before they sign
Spot site issues early and raise them with the project team

Davanagere Office

Be the senior point of contact for clients and walk-ins
Guide junior staff (drafter, site engineers) on client-facing work
Share a weekly update with the founders on leads, bookings and pipeline

You'll Do Well Here If You

Hold a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Have 5+ years in residential construction (site execution, estimation or project handling)
Have dealt with clients directly and can tell us about projects you helped win
Speak Kannada and English clearly and confidently (Hindi is a plus)
Can explain a BOQ or a structural choice to a homeowner in simple words
Are comfortable with targets and want your income to reflect your results
Are based in Davanagere or ready to move here (we'll help)
Have your own transport for plot and site visits
Not a fit if: you're a fresher, or you want only office or design work with no client meetings or targets

Projects booked each month (count and value)
How many leads become meetings, and how many meetings become bookings
Quotes that hold through execution
Client satisfaction and referrals
