Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Interior Site Execution Manager with a proven track record in overseeing the execution of interior design projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure that design concepts are translated accurately into finished spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach to site supervision, quality control, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee and manage on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of interior designs according to project plans and specifications.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring that workmanship meets or exceeds project requirements and design intent.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination of interior design elements.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met, and milestones are achieved.
- Material and Labor Coordination: Manage the procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and labor required for interior site execution.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, working to find effective solutions.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients during site visits, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
