Sturdy Groups charges a basic prices of Rs. 1890/SQFT and have various packages which can be viewed detailed in our project packages section.

Will Sturdy Groups packages cover my approval if needed?

Sturdy Groups assists our clients in the approval process through the construction professionals onboarded on the platform. We are not directly involved in the approval process but our partner ensures that the clients get a completely hassle free experience.

What Costs Are Included?

All costs for construction including design & execution. The cost also includes finishing items like sanitary fixtures, doors & windows. See our packages here for a better understanding

Is the Costing Final?

The amount charged is open for negotiation and may be decreased/increased based on the requirement and the design of the home.

Is compound wall included in the package?

Not all houses have a compound. Then, there are houses which require a compound wall on just two or three sides. By removing the compound wall from the package, we ensure that only the clients who opt for a compound wall, pay for it.

What happens if I want different brand of materials other than the one's in the packages?

Our packages are developed in a modular manner. Hence, any change in specification is as simple as add something to your shopping cart and remove something from the shopping cart. Our technical consultants can give a demo on this.

Is There A Buffer-period In The Agreement If The Project Gets Delayed?

We provide a two month buffer period.

Does Sturdy Groups Subcontract?

No, Sturdy Groups does not subcontract any projects and complete all works which will be handled by a team of Project Managers, Quality Supervisors, Team Site Engineers, And Skilled Labours.

What Is The Schedule Of Payment?

All stages are divided into smaller stages of payments payable only after completion of a particular stage. These stages are clearly defined in the agreement even before signing of agreement

What is Structural Designing?

It is the designing of safe and economical specification of a structure, & to ensure that a planned structure will be sufficiently strong to carry out its purpose.

Does Sturdy Groups Include the interior with the construction and provide the complete package?

There are separate packages for interior works if you wish to get the interiors done through Sturdy Groups. We have our home in office interior designing team for amazing interiors at competitive prices.

What if the prices of the materials increase when the project is ongoing. Would there be a price escalation?

The pricing of our contracts is frozen on a stamp paper. Hence, the prices remain stable in most of the scenarios. Only in exceptional situations where there is a sudden spike in prices due to external circumstances, the price variation is to be paid by the client. On the other hand, if there is a price drop, clients get a price reduction for the same.

Does Sturdy Groups Assign Site Engineer To The Project?

Right from the initial kick-off each home construction will have a qualified Site Engineer.

What about Architecture?

Our Architecture Team & Design Team will be specifically working on your project to ensure top notch design. And we also provide complete 3D Exterior walk through and renders and the project will also be supervised by a project architect.

Will There Be Variation In The Drawings And Actual Execution?

No! What We Design, We Execute!

What are the major factors on which house construction cost depends?

Construction cost of a house majorly depends upon the Super built-up area, Open area( ie Balcony, Utility), Quality of Construction material, and Interiors. Sturdy Groups provides various packages at different prices to suit your needs.

What is a super built-up area, built-up area, and carpet area?

Carpet Area is the total usable area inside the house that can be covered by Carpet. The carpet area excludes the balcony and other utility areas but does include the area covered by internal walls.Built-up Area is the sum of carpet area plus the area covered by the balcony, terrace, and other utility as well.The Super built-up area is the total sum of the built-up area and space occupied by common areas like lobby, staircase, elevator, shafts, clubhouse. This is often referred to as a saleable area.

Do I Need To Check-in Regularly?

Sturdy Groups provides regular check-ins so that you can be rest-assured that everything is going smoothly.In addition, we have constructed many homes with clients living abroad who have come back only for their housewarming!

Is there warranty?

We provide 5 year warranty on the waterproofing if it sis done by us. We provide 1 year construction warranty.

Who Will Select Tile, Paint & Fixtures For My Home?

As it is your dream home and your project, you will have the complete power to choose what to be put in your home

Why Are The Steel And Concrete Lofts Not Included?

Aesthetically steel and concrete lofts are obsolete, and thereby, not included.However, if the clients desires for one, we shall provide it.
