Position Overview

We are looking for energetic sales professionals with 2–5 years of experience who can convert leads into customers for Architectural, Construction, Interior, and Supervision Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Follow up with assigned leads.
  • Conduct customer meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements.

Sales

  • Present company services.
  • Generate quotations.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM updates.

Customer Relationship

  • Build trust with prospects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience
  • Excellent Kannada communication
  • Basic English communication
  • Passion for sales and client relationship building

Preferred

  • Real Estate / Construction Sales Experience
  • CRM knowledge

Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Leads Contacted
  • Meetings Conducted
  • Conversion %
  • Revenue Generated
