Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage our Davanagere branch. The candidate will be fully responsible for branch operations, sales performance, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Convert architectural and construction leads into customers.
- Monitor conversion ratios and branch profitability.
- Develop local marketing and business growth strategies.
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and influencers.
Branch Operations
- Manage day-to-day branch activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, and execution teams.
- Maintain branch discipline and productivity.
- Resolve customer escalations.
Team Management
- Lead Architects, Engineers, BDEs, and Support Staff.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Recruit and train new team members.
Reporting
- Daily sales reporting.
- Weekly performance review.
- Revenue forecasting and branch planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Any discipline)
- 5–10 years of experience in leadership and management roles
- Proven track record in sales, team management, and branch operations
- Construction/Real Estate industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle complete branch responsibility
